🔁 Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Email us at therasignature@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof to process your return request.

2. Return Process

Email us with your Order ID, issue details, and the unboxing video. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

3. Return Pickup

For approved cases, we'll arrange a return pickup and confirm the same via email. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

4. Refund & Timeline

Returned products go through a quality check upon receipt.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days after the product reaches our warehouse.
COD charges are non-refundable.
The full return process may take 10–15 days.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer exchanges to ensure the best fit for you.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Size exchanges only for the same product are allowed, subject to stock availability.
Each product is eligible for a one-time exchange only.

2. Exchange Request Process

Email therasignature@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your Order ID and exchange details.
If we don't receive a reply to our follow-up email within 24 hours, the exchange request will be canceled.
Customers are required to self-ship the product for exchange. We currently do not provide return pickups for exchanges.

3. Timeline & Dispatch

Once the original item is received and passes our quality check, the exchange product will be dispatched. The complete exchange process typically takes 10–14 working days.
